ROW Sales Manager

ROW Sales Manager encompasses leading, training, and overseeing the activities of distributors within the assigned territory, with a focus on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development. Additionally, the Manager will serve as a key source of clinical product knowledge in the territory, conducting personal training sessions for new and existing users, participating in surgeries, and training new physicians. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing at the company, the Sales Manager will carry out the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations to foster the growth of successful distributors for spine and trauma product lines.
  • Participate in procedures for surgeon and distributor training.
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to KOL development.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze marketing information to determine the focus of sales efforts.
  • Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses through written, telephone, and face-to-face communication.
  • Conduct field calls for accounts and distributors within the assigned territory.
  • Stay updated on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
  • Host, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Represent the company at trade or association meetings to promote products.

Required Capabilities:

  • Self-motivated individual with a focus on medical device sales.
  • Previous experience in Trauma/Spine is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Energetic and dynamic professional.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation Package:
