You’ll design, build, and test hardware for new medical devices in patient monitoring.

What you’ll do:

• Work with diverse engineers (software, etc.) to make hardware and software work together.
• Help deliver new and existing medical devices on time.
• Brainstorm and build new features quickly (agile environment).
• Design circuits (analog and digital) from ideas to finished products.
• Get the best prices on parts (BOM optimization).
• Work with factories to make your designs real.
• Help production and quality teams solve problems.
• Test and fix circuit boards and whole systems.
• Write clear instructions and reports.
• Follow strict industry standards.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (5+ years experience).
• Proven experience designing analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with:
  • Embedded systems, especially ARM microcontrollers
  • C/C++ programming
  • Circuit layout software
• Bonus points for:
  • Experience with analog signal processing
  • Using engineering software (Spice, Mathlab)
  • Working with lab equipment
  • Knowing medical device standards
