Senior Electrical Engineer – Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and production of medical device electrical systems and components.
• Manage a hardware engineering team, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle for medical devices, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Provide technical expertise for design, development, and validation of hardware components.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with hardware development, prioritizing reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hardware design and development within the medical device industry (mandatory).
• Prior experience leading and managing a team (preferred).
• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary system design for medical devices (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge and experience with RF and Analog circuits (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, analog circuits, and sensor integration.
• Familiarity with common interfaces (RS232, I2C, SPI, USB, BLE).
• Experience with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
