Job Duties:

• Design experiments and tests for new or improved products.
• Analyze test results and recommend changes based on engineering principles.
• Develop technical solutions, including stent designs.
• Create engineering models, drawings, and prototypes.
• Write instructions for building and testing products.
• Oversee technical support tasks.
• Train and guide technicians on testing and assembly procedures.
• Ensure adherence to quality and manufacturability standards.
• Document work thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering research and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering.
• Experience developing medical devices a plus.
• Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles.
• Experience designing fixtures and jigs for assembly preferred.
