We are seeking a skilled NPI Engineer who will play a vital role in enhancing the design, processes, and equipment while ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. In this position, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the organization, including manufacturing, R&D, clinical, QA/RA, as well as external suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis and drive improvements across all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conceptualize and implement novel tools, jigs, equipment, and technologies to optimize the production process, as well as enhance existing ones.
Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary equipment, tools, test equipment, and prototype parts.
Provide support to the manufacturing floor, manufacturing suppliers, and QC activities.
Develop comprehensive test plans, protocols, and reports for process validation and design verification.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the medical device industry.
Strong technical skills and a hands-on approach.
Proficient in written and spoken English at an advanced level.
