Sales Manager – Medical Devices

We are seeking a dedicated and results- driven Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Europe. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our distributors, setting ambitious sales goals, monitoring performance, and actively contributing to brand promotion and sales growth across various European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors throughout Europe.
· Collaborate with distributors to set clear sales targets and strategies.
· Monitor distributor performance against set goals and provide guidance and support as needed.
· Create and implement effective work plans and marketing initiatives to promote our brand in different countries.
· Collaborate with distributors to ensure the successful assimilation of our brand in their respective markets.
· Identify opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
· Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall growth and success of our products.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Proven experience in B2B sales management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
· Strong understanding of distributor management, including goal setting and performance evaluation.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to travel within Europe as needed.
· Proficiency in multiple European languages is a plus.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
