Responsibilities:

• Assist R&D team with implant development, from concept to realization.
• Perform implant assembly under a microscope.
• Conduct R&D experiments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of general work experience.
• Ability to work meticulously under a microscope for extended periods.
• Good technical English communication skills.
• Experience in the medical device industry (a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and positive attitude.

Note: While formal education may not be required, some technical knowledge or training may be necessary depending on the complexity of the implants and experiments.
