Production Technician

Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years in mechanical and small-scale assembly work
• Use of microscope for assembly tasks
• Background in regulated medical manufacturing – preferably cardiovascular-related
• Exposure to quality control processes – beneficial

Skills and Work Capabilities
• Proven fine motor control for handling small components
• High level of technical accuracy and consistent attention to detail
• Strong organizational habits and reliability in task execution
• Capable of effective communication and teamwork in a production environment
• Available for full-time work; flexible to work overtime when required
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
