Production Technician

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleanroom environments and a passion for precision assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Production: Perform delicate and precise assembly of complex implantable medical devices in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards.
• R&D Support: Assist in the assembly of devices for bench testing and pre-clinical studies in the R&D laboratory.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of critical components and sub-assemblies under a microscope.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, including incoming inspections, route card documentation, and MRB processes.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of work instructions and manufacturing processes.
• Cleanroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized cleanroom environment, ensuring optimal production conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a cleanroom environment, preferably in a medical device company, adhering to ISO 13485 standards.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex assembly tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges independently.
• Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to write clear and concise work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
