We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will become an integral part of our Product team, taking the lead in defining products for the company. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders, distributors, and clients. Anticipate occasional international travel, approximately 5-10 times per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a profound understanding of customer needs and usage patterns, translating these insights into clear and comprehensive definitions for user experience and product development.

• Define intricate functional, design, and usability requirements for products.

• Oversee the usability engineering of company products.

• Serve as a product expert, supporting sales and marketing by:

* Creating user product documentation and training plans/materials.

* Conducting training sessions for distributors and users.

* Assisting in resolving field issues with devices and providing customer solutions.

• Collaborate actively with Marketing, Clinical, and Applications Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Hold a BSc/MSc in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or computer science from a reputable university.

• Possess 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a Medical Device company.

• Have experience in developing both physical and digital products from inception.

• Demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills.

• Exhibit a driven, self-motivated, and execution-oriented approach.

• Maintain attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind.

• Be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Show proficiency in English, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking.
