Quality Control (QC) Inspector

Core Responsibilities
• Perform inspections of received materials, parts, and partial assemblies
• Inspect products during assembly to verify compliance with defined specifications
• Work with engineering and production teams to support evaluation and development tasks
• Prepare components and implants for laboratory and pre-clinical testing
• Operate within Controlled Environment Area (CEA) in accordance with procedural standards
• Track and manage material flow within the ERP system
• Participate in maintaining and improving ERP-related QC processes
• Assist with calibration and upkeep of measurement and inspection equipment

Experience and Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, primarily in quality-related roles
• Exposure to cardiovascular product lines – beneficial
• Understanding of industry-standard inspection practices and documentation
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and assess dimensional accuracy
• Technical training or certification – advantageous
• Skilled in microscope-based and precision inspection techniques
• Comfortable reading and writing technical material in English at an intermediate level
