We are seeking a passionate R&D Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in transforming medical device concepts into life-saving realities.
You’ll oversee the entire R&D phase, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Spearhead the development of new medical devices and drive improvements for existing ones.
• Manage the entire product development process during the R&D stage, including creating and adhering to project schedules, plans, and budgets.
• Assemble and lead a high-performing team, potentially including internal engineers and external subcontractors within a matrix organization.
• Guarantee compliance with Design History Files (DHF) and Design Manufacturing Records (DMR) requirements.
• Oversee the verification and validation process to ensure medical devices meet performance standards.
• Provide critical R&D support during clinical studies and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential challenges.
• Foster seamless collaboration across departments like R&D, Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), and more.

Who you are:

• Hold a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering with a focus on mechanics (institutions like Technion or other recognized universities are a plus).
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally as an R&D Engineer or Project Manager.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in successful technical project management.
• Have strong English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Embrace a hands-on approach and maintain a highly organized and methodical work style.
