Clinical Application Specialist

Travel Requirement: Approx. 60%, including potential relocation to the U.S. or EU

Responsibilities:

• Provide procedural support at clinical sites, including preparation, in-procedure assistance, and issue resolution.
• Conduct technical training sessions and hands-on instruction for clinical personnel on system setup and usage.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper integration of the device into clinical operations.
• Participate in patient case discussions, procedural follow-up activities, and related documentation.
• Record field observations and user feedback; report relevant findings to internal departments (e.g., R&D, QA, Regulatory).
• Maintain up-to-date clinical and technical knowledge relevant to the device and application.

Requirements:

• Clinical or biomedical background with at least 2 years of experience in a field-based clinical support or technical training capacity.
• Familiarity with minimally invasive procedures.
• Strong communication abilities and professional conduct with medical personnel.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally.
