Senior Delivery System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of delivery system development, from concept to production.
• Design and develop control mechanisms for delivery systems.
• Lead the assembly and testing of initial prototypes.
• Optimize and improve manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the transition of designs from development to production, providing ongoing support.
• Mentor and guide production and laboratory technicians.
• Plan, execute, and meticulously document experiments and mechanical tests for development and verification purposes.
• Design specialized testing equipment and experimental fixtures.
• Generate comprehensive process documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with domestic and international subcontractors.
• Conduct thorough fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a research and development environment.
• Essential: At least 4 years of proven experience in the design and development of delivery systems.
• Strong understanding of polymer materials and associated manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, including specifications, test protocols, and reports.
• Exceptional technical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software.
• Experience with precision mechanics and design principles.
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
